As the weather has made a turn for the worst in the past few days, its time to start thinking about those Winter wardrobes. New coats, ankle boots and slouchy sweaters become a priority to update our looks for the impending cold but the easiest way to update your look for the season without too much investment is simply with a new nail colour. Having worn pale shades of corals, pinks, taupes and white all Summer long we are now looking forward to going over to the dark side with a bit of punky vibe.

Inky, navy blues have been around since last Autumn/Winter but are now more mainstream. Obviously Chanel lead the way with its Blue Satin colour but now all major nail brands worth their salt have jumped on the band wagon making it easy as pie to adopt the look. We think a navy nail is a great, subtle contrast against black and adds a rebellious yet fashionable feel to any ladies digits! A smokey grey is also a classy option which looks fantastic against bright winter sweaters in reds and pinks. For a more sophisticated option a deep wine red is always a good look.

Polished to perfection.

This look works well for brides too. Opt for an old Hollywood glam look and go for a deep berry shade. SO Stylish.
